• Year of Birth: Collected as part of the membership application but not displayed to members or well-wishers. This information is only accessible to priests and board members for pastoral and administrative purposes.

• To facilitate community connections through our members’ portal and directory.

• To restrict access to member-only areas using Google/Gmail authentication.

• With Other Members and Well-Wishers: Your basic information (excluding year of birth) will be viewable by other verified members and well-wishers through the members portal and directory.

• Restricted Access Information: Sensitive information, such as the year of birth, will only be visible to priests and board members and will not be shared with the general membership or public.

• Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services (such as Google authentication) to secure and manage access. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside parties for marketing purposes.
